Membership Changes, Transfers and Terminations

Member and Office Change Forms

Members and Offices can request to change their membership information from the forms below.  Items to be changed are: Change of Name, Change of Address, Change of Phone Number, Fax Number or E-Mail.  Please note that if you submit a change through this form your information will automatically be updated in FlexMLS.

Only Offices can change their name through this form.  Agents must email a copy of their real estate license reflecting their new name along with their MLS ID number to [email protected].

Agent Terminations

Removal of agents in Monmouth and Ocean Counties

When deleting an agent from your roster, you are required to return their license to the New Jersey Real Estate Commission (NJREC) and send the MORR Membership Department confirmation from the NJREC as proof that this has been completed.   Confirmation should be sent to [email protected]

Removal of agents outside of Monmouth and Ocean Counties

When removing an agent outside of Monmouth or Ocean Counties you will need to send an email to the Membership Department at [email protected] requesting that they no longer want to be active.  Please include the agent's name, along with the NJREC license number,
