Code of Ethics Training

The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) requires that all REALTORS® complete ethics training of no less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within a triennial term.  The current cycle began January 1, 2019 and concludes December 31, 2021.  The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Trainings may be completed through local REALTOR® Associations or through another method, such as a home study, correspondence, classroom courses, or online courses.

NOTE: NEW AGENTS WHO ATTEND A NEW AGENT ORIENTATION WITH MORR FULFILL THEIR NAR REQUIREMENT AT THE NEW AGENT ORIENTATION.

The NAR Code of Ethics training is offered both for CE and non-CE formats

Active members can take the Code of Ethics course online at their leisure for free as well as receive two (2) Ethics Credits toward their Continuing Education term.
