Executive Services

Don is responsible for the general administration of the entire Association's operation. He controls and directs Association staff, programs and activities. As Executive Vice President he also serves as staff liaison to all committees and acts as a liaison between committees and the Board of Directors.

Nancy is responsible for the recording and distribution of Board of Directors and MLS Committee minutes. She prepares all notices as they pertain to meetings of committees and assists the Grievance Committee with the processing and coordination of complaints and hearings.

Joanne directs the internal and external marketing communications for the Association. She is a liaison to various committees and she facilitates the Association's media relations efforts. Joanne produces the digital editions of the REALTOR® eReport and MLS Insider and manages www.monmouthoceanrealtors.com.

Jeanne serves as intermediary between MORR staff and associates and our MLS provider on problems / changes / enhancements that need to be made to the MLS system. She assists the staff and membership with technical questions and problems with the MLS system.

Accounting and Membership

Elizabeth coordinates all billing and collection of dues and fees for the Association and the Multiple Listing Service. She assists the membership with their records and billing and she supervises the duties of the Membership Department.

Jennifer assists the accounting department as far as generating invoices for the Annual dues billing and the Annual MLS billing.  Jennifer also does inquiries on invoices and answers questions if the agents have a problem with their receipts.  She also accepts payments and posts them to the individual invoices.  Jennifer assists with membership, when needed, by adding new agents, transferring agents and deleting agents from the system.

Denise is the Membership Director and is responsible for processing all applications as well as the New Agent Orientation.  She also issues Letters of Good standing to pre-existing members and assists with the accounting department.

Member Services & Operations

Dorothy issues Lockbox keys and provides basic instruction and support on usage to the membership. She is responsible for programming keys and lockboxes on a daily basis.

Education and Events

Lauren is responsible for the coordination and registration for all upcoming events, continuing education and professional development seminars.  She handles inquiries pertaining to the CE requirements implemented by the NJREC.  She is also the face of the association at each and every New Agent Orientation class.

MLS Support

Marie is responsible for the oversight of the Customer Service, Training, Violations and Compliance of the Monmouth Ocean Regional Multiple Listing Service. She instructs groups and individuals on usage of the MLS system at the Toms River Office and she processes fines for board rules and system violations. Marie is also a liaison to the MLS Committee.

Katelyn provides technical support to agents in the operating functions of the MLS system. She is responsible for the daily audits of new listings and assists agents in training at the Tinton Falls location for both basic and advanced levels.

Natalie provides technical support to agents in the operating functions of the MLS system and provides training in our Tinton Falls office.  Natalie also assigns and programs Supra devices and issues lockboxes.

Corinne provides technical support to agents in the operating functions of the MLS system. She provides basic and advanced training in the MLS system at the Tinton Falls location and fulfills supply requests. 

Sharon provides technical support to agents in the operating functions of the MLS system and provides training in our Toms River office.  Sharon also assigns and programs Supra devices and issues lockboxes. Please note, it is recommended to call the Toms River office beforehand to make an appointment to obtain a key or Supra lockbox.
